Sandi brings more than 25 years of experience in banking and private equity to her role.

Prior to joining Engine No. 1, Sandi was the CFO of Norwest Equity Partners/Norwest Mezzanine Partners and previously for L Catterton. She began her career as an investment banker at Citi (previously Salomon Smith Barney) in the Media/Telecom Group and subsequently moved to Citi’s Finance Division where she was responsible for capital management within the Treasury Group of Capital Markets & Banking.

Sandi received a BA in Economics from Smith College and an MBA from Columbia Business School.
