Amy is responsible for talent and human resources operations. She has over 20 years of experience in human resources, with particular focus on the financial services industry. Amy has been instrumental in building and growing teams for asset management and wealth management firms, both in-house and as a consultant.

Before joining Engine No. 1, Amy spent 10 years at BlackRock and its predecessor, Barclays Global Investors (BGI). While there, she supported various sales, product and corporate functions, as well as spearheaded early efforts to staff the iShares ETF business.

Amy received a BA in Business from Washington State University.
