Maggie oversees sales operations and fundraising and marketing-enablement technology. She is a born problem solver who thrives on developing operational excellence, creating scale, and designing and running technology platforms to support the success of Engine No. 1’s prospects and clients.
Prior to joining Engine No. 1, Maggie built out the revenue operations function and sales development representative team for Airbnb’s Business Travel, Professional Hosting, and Unique Stays Teams. Additionally, when Airbnb launched their Frontline Stays Program, Maggie built the tools, processes, and the outsourced team that served as the foundation for all Airbnb Open Homes guest verification operations. Prior to Airbnb, she was a vice president of sales strategy and operations at BlackRock, where she supported the iShares Institutional Sales Team.
Maggie received a BA in Economics from Boston University.
